Terms and Conditions
All orders for the sale of goods or services are accepted by Fl ....and more (Chester) on these terms and conditions, which supersede any previously published terms.
Offers and Acceptance.
No obligation shall arise as a result of catalogue entry, quotation or any other offer, until the company accepts the order from a customer seeking to make a purchase.
Orders and Payment options
All orders will only be processed when made with full payment.
Payment for orders by phone fax or Internet may be made using any of the following methods. Visa, Master card, Delta or Switch cards. For postal orders cheques/postal orders will be accepted. Cheques should be made payable to [ Fl and more (Chester) ] and should be supported by cheque guarantee number and expiry date.
Delivery
Goods will ordinarily be sent out by Royal Mail unless advised at the time of placing your order. To provide the most economic delivery methods we will inform you at the time of your order of the options and prices variants.
Overseas delivery will be charged at cost. Prices for this will be quoted when ordering.
Force Majeure
Fl....and more (Chester) will not be liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control. Without prejudice to the above the following shall be regarded as beyond our control:
a). act of god, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident.
b). war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition.
c). acts, restrictions, regulations, by laws, prohibitions, or measure of any kind on the part of any government, parliamentary or local authority.
d). import or export regulations or embargoes.
e). strikes or other industrial action or trade disputes (whether involving the employees of Fl....and more (Chester) or a third party).
f). difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery
g). power failure or breakdown in machinery.
Prices.
Fl....and more (Chester) reserve the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice. Prices charged will be as quoted when the order is received and accepted. When an order is received and the price has altered upwards, you will be contacted and invited to consider the new price.
When the price has altered downwards we will process the order at the new lower price and refund the difference to you.
Satisfaction Guarantee.
It is our policy that if you are you not completely satisfied with a product within 7 days of receipt, you can return the goods in their original packaging, including literature, in as new condition. We only ask that the goods must be unused and in their original packaging, with your proof of purchase.
No goods should be returned without authorisation from Fl....and more (Chester).
Claims for goods damaged in transit must be made within 3 days of delivery. In the case of damaged items, always retain them for inspection by our representative or courier. None of these conditions affect your statutory rights.
Returns
No goods may be returned to the company without its express consent. In the event of faulty/damaged goods being received by the purchaser, please telephone +(44) 1244 401148 during trading hours to advise us of the problem, where upon arrangements will be made to rectify.
Claims for products shipped faulty or damaged must be made within 3 working days.
Back orders
We reserve the right to ship part orders, or hold orders until all items are available as required. We shall only levy one delivery charge. We reserve the right to cancel any part of an outstanding order should securing supply become untenable.
Cancelling an order
Orders can only be cancelled by prior agreement of Fl....and more (Chester).
Where possible, and shipment from vendor or ourselves has not been made we shall agree.
Should a customer default on these terms we reserve the right to deduct the relevant costs of shipping incurred by F1....and more (Chester).
Law
Any business transacted by F1….and more (Chester) is governed solely by English law and none of the conditions stated effects your statutory rights. |
